Travis Coleman
President of Construction
A Blue Ridge, Georgia native, Travis has nearly thirty years experience in commercial and residential construction contracting. Having begun his career in audio engineering, with a degree from Full Sail University, Travis brings that same level of precision and care to project management and support for commercial and government contracts. With vision, care, responsibility, experience, and doggedness, Travis simply knows how to get things done.
Louis “Zeke” Hunsberger
Principal Engineer
A West Point graduate and service-disabled veteran, certified Professional Engineer Louis “Zeke” Hunsberger spent five years as an active duty Army Engineer Officer before applying and further developing his engineering expertise and technical know-how in the private sector, working at ExxonMobil’s Projects Division, and as a Project Manager of Engineering at Vulcan Materials. Co-founding Tango Zulu in 2024 with contractor Travis Coleman, Zeke leverages his incredibly diverse engineering expertise with his knowledge of military and government processes to provide uniquely qualified support to federal government contract fulfillment.
Mr. Hunsberger is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas; Level 2 Certified Design Professional in Georgia; Project Management Professional (PMP); and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC)
Neil Hickok
President – Structural Design
Neil Hickok received his Bachelor’s in Science while studying at the United States Military Academy, West Point and earned his Master of Science in Engineering from, the University of Texas at Austin. Following his service in the Army as an artillery officer, he worked as a carpenter before earning his Master’s degree. Neil has worked over 20 years in the construction industry as a Civil Engineer in residential, commercial and heavy civil construction. Some notable projects include the Flagship Apple store in San Francisco, a sound studio on George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, numerous renovations of 19th century historic homes, design and construction of single and multi-family residences, as well as numerous major bridge construction projects on the interstate system throughout the Gulf Coast. As a designer he is known for his ability to simplify the complex with inventive engineering solutions that focus on efficiency and constructability.
Mr. Hickok is a registered Professional Engineer in Montana, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida; and is well versed in the applicable IBC and IRC building codes as well as the latest ASCE, ACI, AISC and NDS design standards.
